Pricing:

Please review the group package rates below to determine pricing.  There are two hotel options.  In addition to the group rates, you can add on meal plans if you wish.  Please let me know and I can get separate pricing for that.  The group package rate does not include your transportation to and from Orlando or meals.  It does include all transportation while at your resort including bus service to Saratoga Springs for our adjudications. The group rates also assume that everyone in your hotel room is attending the festival.  For those in your room NOT attending the festival, please deduct $200 per person from the group rate.

Payment Schedule:

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due November 1st with the balance due in full March 15th, 2027.
